To qualify for Autocut’s 5 Year Warranty, the Automower must be Sold, Installed, and Maintained by Autocut, exclusively. This option is only available to those customers on our Enhanced Care Plan, which offers complete trouble-free ownership for 5 Years.

The Care Plan gives more than just warranty cover though, it will give you the added peace of mind that everything is taken care of, from a simple Cable Break on the installation to a failed Battery. We will ensure that all Servicing is carried out at the correct intervals and if there’s ever a problem, we will be there to sort it out - at no extra charge.

Our Warranty Terms cover the functionality of the Automower for a period of 5 Years from the date of Purchase. The Warranty covers serious faults relating to the materials or manufacturing faults. Within the warranty period, we will replace the product or repair it at no charge, as long as the Automower and the Charging Station is used in compliance with the instruction in the Operator’s Manual. Annual Onsite Servicing is carried out for your, in line with the Product’s Maintenance recommendations, this includes the cost of Servicing consumables. Free Technical Support is available to you, both by telephone and in person. We provide Unlimited Call Outs* for Accidental faults, such as cable breaks from Animals, resulting in loss of Loop Signal - where a call out charge would normally apply. No need to worry about Battery failure, we give you Battery Replacement for the whole Warranty period. We will also ensure you have an annual supply of Husqvarna’s Blades for the period of cover. (However, it should be noted that changing the Blades in mid-season remains the responsibility of the Customer).
